Since 2013, a set consisting of a first-generation Retigo Blue Vision B611i combi oven and a regeneration oven has been used here. The regeneration oven is primarily used for buffet offerings. Regenerating dishes and maintaining their temperature is thus possible without problems, as is timely opening of the buffet.
